We are so excited that you chose EPIC to be part of your special day! To confirm and guarantee an order, we require a deposit payment of 50% of the total rental cost. Until a deposit is paid, the order is not considered guaranteed. This means that we will not hold the rental items for your use and will not arrange for any special request items. Once a deposit has been paid, you may call or email us with additions to your order up until five business days prior to the event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the rental order being delivered or being picked up by the customer. Cleaning or damage deposits may be required on some rental items. The amount is determined by the items rented and the quantity. Deposits will be refunded if the items are returned on time, in good order and properly cleaned. All items should be returned in the same manner as delivered or picked up. Customers will be charged for missing, broken, and damaged items. A charge will apply for all items not returned. Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from time of delivery or pick-up to time of returned.


Please ask about delivery arrangements at the time you place your order. Additional delivery charges may apply for weekend and non-business hours. Tables and chairs should be taken down and stacked for pick up. Additional charges will apply if tables and chairs are not taken down and stacked for pick-up. Our standard delivery service does not include set up or take down of tables and chairs. This service is available and can be arranged at an additional cost.



Renters are required to pick up and return orders during business hours. Items you are picking up must fit safely inside your vehicle. You are responsible for loading, unloading and securing the load in your vehicle; however, at your request, we will assist. Rentals are for 24 hours Monday-Thursday. When picking up a weekend rental, customer should pick up on Friday, during business hours, and return on Monday between 9:00 am-12:00 pm.



EPIC Rentals accepts cash, cash app, and cards. We do not accept personal checks. A credit card is required to be kept on file for ALL rentals.
